What you will need!

100gms Avocado, flesh

15gms Onions, chopped

15gms Tomato, chopped

2gms Coriander, chopped

2ml Lemon Juice

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

2gms Chili, chopped

2slices English Oven Multigrain Bread

10gms Feta, crumbled

1gm Red Jalapeno, thinly sliced

How to make

Putting it together

Take a couple of slices of English Oven Multigrain bread and toast them until golden brown.


For the Guacamole, add the Avocado flesh into a bowl and then mash it until smooth.


Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.


Guacamole is ready to be topped on the toasted slice of bread.Garnish the toast with crumbled feta, microgreens and thinly sliced jalapeno
