How to make

Putting it together
01

In a blender jar, add all the ingredients for Green Chutney and blitz it until smooth

02

Keep it in a jar or airtight container with a squeeze of lime on top to avoid oxidization

03

Slice the paneer into a 1/2 Inch thick (approx) sheet, the size of your bread.

04

Take 2 slices of English Oven Premium White bread, spread ketchup on one slice and green chutney on the other

05

Place the paneer slice between the breads and sandwich it. Cut diagonally to get two triangles.

06

Let’s make the pakoda batter: combine besan, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, chaat masala and salt.

07

Add water gradually and whisk to form a slightly thicker but not too thick of a batter.

08

Into the batter, dip the paneer sandwich you just made, coat evenly.

09

Deep fry over medium high heat, until the bread pakodas are golden and crisp.

10

Cut diagonally and serve with hot tea!
