What you will need!

2 English Oven Burger Buns

200 gms Paneer, cut into small cubes

Few curry leaves

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tomato, cut into small cubes

1 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped

1 tsp ginger and garlic paste

4 tbsp Tomato Puree

1 tsp Chilli sauce

½ tsp cumin powder

½ coriander powder

½ tsp Garam masala

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Fresh Lettuce Leaves

Fresh Coriander

How to make

Putting it together

Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger garlic paste for a minute and add the onions and clean curry leaves, fry till soft and onions are transparent, add the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.


Add the tomato puree and chilli sauce and the seasoning masalas and cook till the oil separates, add the paneer cubes and fresh chopped coriander.


Coat and cook for a minute or two. Remove from heat.


To assemble the burger, layer with a lettuce leaf and top with the Chettinad Paneer mix, garnish with a coriander leaf and serve with potato wedges.
