What you will need!

Paneer Steak:

100gms Paneer

1gm Red Chilli Powder

1gm Cumin Powder

1gm Garam Masala

1gm Hung Curd

1gm Turmeric Powder

Salt, as per taste

Pepper, as per taste

Sugar, as per taste

 

Makhani Sauce:

60gms Onions, peeled

100gms Tomato, puree

1gm Garam Masala

1gm Turmeric Powder

1gm Cumin Powder

1gm Red Chilli Powder

1gm Dry Mango Powder

5ml Lemon Juice

Sugar, to taste

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

 

Ingredients for Assembly:

1pc English Oven Burger Bun

10gms Lettuce

10gms Onion, pickled

How to make

Putting it together

In a bowl add the ingredients for Paneer Steak except paneer and make a thick paste.

Then apply the thick paste onto the paneer and let it marinate for 30 mins.

Heat a grill pan with some oil on medium high. Once it’s hot, add the marinated paneer steak and let it cook for 5-6mins on both sides.

In a blender jar, add all the other ingredients for Makhani Sauce and blitz it until smooth

Cook for 5-6mins until all the water evaporates

Keep aside for later

Take an English Oven Burger Bun and apply herb butter on it

Toast it until nicely golden and crispy

Start layering the bun with lettuce and pickled onions

Place the Paneer steak

Add makhani sauce and close the burger. Serve with a side of hot fries!
