What you will need!

1 cup Boiled Rajma

1 large Boiled Potato

½ tsp Cumin Powder

½ tsp Chilli flakes

1 tsp Mexican mixed spice

2 tbsp Corn flour

Salt and Pepper

Olive oil for frying

2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise

6-8 sliced Jalapenos

How to make

Putting it together

Mash the rajma, corn flour and potato together, seasoning with the masalas and Mexican spice mix and blend well together, check salt.


Heat oil in a frying pan, moisten hands and form burger patties with the rajma mix and fry on low flame for 2-3 minutes on each side, till evenly brown and crispy.


Remove on a plate. To assemble the burger, spread mayonnaise on the lower slice and place the bean patty on top, garnish with jalapeno slices and serve hot with salad.
