In a blender jar, add all the ingredients for Pizza Sauce and blitz it until smooth.

Transfer the pizza sauce in a bowl and keep aside for later

Take an English Oven Pizza base and apply sauce on it generously.

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and grated cheddar all over the base evenly

Bake it in a 180c preheated oven for 5-8mins or until golden brown

Garnish with some fresh basil leaves, slice it up, and sprinkle chili flakes and oregano.
