What you will need!

Paneer Tikka

100gms Paneer, cubed

1gm Red Chilli Powder

1gm Cumin Powder

1gm Garam Masala

1gm Hung Curd

1gm Turmeric Powder

Salt, as per taste

Pepper, as per taste

Sugar, as per taste

 

Green Chutney

50gms Coriander

50gms Mint

4cloves Garlic, peeled

5gms Green Chillies

5ml Lemon Juice

Salt, to taste

Sugar, to taste

 

Ingredients for Assembly

1pc English Oven Roasted Garlic Footlong Bread

2slices Cheese, cut into triangles

10gms Lettuce

10gms Onions, sliced

10gms Tomatoes, sliced

10gms Capsicum, sliced

15gms Mayo

10gms Green Chutney

1gm Chili Flakes

How to make

Putting it together

In a bowl add the ingredients for Paneer Tikka except paneer and make a thick paste

Then apply the thick paste onto the paneer and let it marinate for 30mins.

Grill it in an 180c preheated oven for 5-8mins or until a little charred

In a blender jar, add all the ingredients for Green Chutney and blitz it until smooth

Keep it in a jar or airtight container with a squeeze of lime on top to avoid oxidization

Take an English Oven Roasted Garlic Footlong Bread, slice it up and layer the top bread with cheese.

Toast it in the oven until the cheese gets melty

Layer the bottom bread with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and sliced capsicum.

Add a generous amount of paneer tikka, drizzle mayo and green chutney

Sprinkle chili flakes, close the sandwich and slice it up. Enjoy the Paneer Tikka Sub!
